Thistle Whistle Farm
On the outskirts of Hotchkiss, we grow specialty vegetables, small fruits and herbs. We also have dairy goats and host a variety of educational programs. At Thistle Whistle you can find rare plants including spilanthes, papalo, hundreds of different heirloom tomatoes and unique peppers. Available through our pick-to-order CSA program, area restaurants, the Gunnison Farmers Market and on the Front Range at the Union Station Farmers Market.
