Blue Grouse Bread
Blue Grouse Bread is an all organic wholesale artisan bread bakery run by cousins Hannah and Ben Rossman. BGB currently serves grocery and restaurant accounts in Norwood, Telluride, Montrose and Ridgway. At our bakery, we mill 100% of our own whole wheat flour from Colorado wheat berries. With a grant funded community mill and sifter, Blue Grouse hopes to revitalize the grain economy of Wright’s Mesa and beyond by linking local growers with local bakers.
