Overview of Colorado Cottage Foods Act
Basic food safety including proper hygiene, preventing cross contamination and cross contact of food allergens, temperature control for safe food preparation, storage, transportation and sales
Ingredient labeling requirements
Special considerations for food preparation at altitude
Upon completion of the course and passing the accompanying exam, receive a 3-year food safety certificate.
Please note: This class must have at least 4 people in order to be offered. If the minimum is not met the class will be canceled and your registration refunded.
