Six one of kind homes to tour at your pace. Homes are open from 10am – 3:30 on Sunday September 8th. This year we are featuring the Dashwood House and Historic Line Cabin at Centennial Ranch, Hartman Gardens and Vineyard, Pearl of the Orient at the Bridges, Heavenly Haven at Cobble Creek, and Canyon Creek B&B and Carriage House.

 Taste seasonal creations from featured Western Slope farmers and chefs. Farm to table tastings from these fabulous food establishments: Remington’s @ The Bridges, Creekside Restaurant @ Cobble Creek, True Grit Cafe, Dlicious Food Co., Climb Elevated Eatery, and the Montrose High School Catering Class

    Join us from 2pm – 5 pm to enjoy local libations and desserts!  The Toast of the Tour will be held at the UTE MUSEUM located at 17253 Chipita Road. Parking is limited, so please carpool or park at Target to catch a free shuttle to the museum. The Toast also features raffle drawings and door prizes. Come celebrate!

Linda has always had a passion for connecting people through food; she began her culinary career about 12 years ago when she started taking culinary classes and working as a cook to hone her skills with the dream of opening her own place someday. Her dream was fulfilled on March 17th, 2016 when Climb elevated eatery was opened. Creekside at Cobble Creek ~ Chef Christian Arocho ~ 

A native of Puerto Rico, Chef Chris graduated from Johnson and Wales in Florida and has spent the past 20+ years working between Florida, Vail, Beaver Creek and a private ranch in DeBeque, Colorado. He has joined the team at Cobble Creek to lead the team at Creekside, an Italian inspired, Colorado Fresh restaurant located on the golf course. In a casually elegant space. Dlicious Food Co at Storm King Distilling ~ Chef Daniel Costillo ~

Chef Daniel’s rise to chef began at age 16 when he began bussing tables at Barber’s Q in California’s Napa Valley. His talent was noticed and he soon was transferred to the kitchen where he began prepping cold and hot dishes. His passion and enthusiasm let him to being named Sous Chef a few years later. Stints at Michelin rated Auberge du Soleil exposed him to French techniques. At “Iron Chef’s Morimoto Napa, he gained insight into Japanese cuisine. He began experimenting with modern fusion as sous chef  at Archetype in St. Helena. Looking to pursue his own venture, he joined his brother and sister-in-law in Colorado and started Dlicious Food Co. Montrose High School Catering Class ~

The MHS Catering class offers students the opportunity to improve their culinary skills and expertise in the areas of food preparation and techniques, quantity food production and food management.  They will also have exposure to menu planning and pricing, customer service, food safety and sanitation.  The opportunities come in the form of hands-on experience, and planning and running actual catering events throughout the year.
