The Yurtstead Farm
We are an off-grid solar farm producing vegetables, cut flowers, meats, and eggs. Our hogs, heritage turkeys, and chickens are rotationally grazed on pasture and in our gardens. We use regenerative agricultural practices to build nourishing, living soils, which results in nutrient-dense food for humans and seasonally-diverse flowers for pollinators, never using chemicals, pesticides, or harmful practices. Our goods are available at our farm and CSA, and at the Montrose, Crested Butte, and Ridgway Farmers’ markets.
