We are a USDA custom meat processor offering valley raised beef, pork & lamb, individual beef, pork & lamb cuts, homemade jerky & summer sausage, elk & buffalo steaks, burgers & sausage, all-natural chicken and top-of-the-line seafood. We also offer custom meat processing for beef, pork, lamb and wild game. Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-6p, Sat 10-2. Additional hours during hunting season.
